could anyone tell me if i can find a birth before 1837 without going to the place of birth and looking through parish records?looking for the birth in 1822-23 in the village of eastham in whitby on the wirral of my 3xgrandfather thomas price. anyone out there that can help as i live quite a way from the wirral.thanks suexx |
