Mmmm thats a very strong possible. I have checked Lans OPC but they haven't had those years recorded yet.
This family is driving me nuts!
I found a Mary Toombs 1796 a sister Elizabeth and Thomas. Their dad wa a Blaney Toombs a mariner in Liverpool but cant find a thing on him. There mum was Ellen Shaw and she died in 1837 so I have been at a brick wall for ages

Could any one please check the 1841/1851 census for the following people?
Thomas Toombs/ Toomes baptised abt 1819 at St Peter Liverpool.
On 07/05/1834 he married Margaret Smith at St Peter, Church Street, Liverpool.
