	The problem is that the deaths are not indexed from around 1920-1983. From the information you have give, it is highly likely that she died during this period. The only way to find this death is to search each 1/4 of each year between 1920 & 1983. A very long job! It is also possible that whilst she didn't remarry she may have changed her name

Member Since: October 2007 Posts: 266 Send Message	hi im looking for death details for gladys sumner born 1892 in leigh.she married a sargeant but split up and never divorced so i know she never married again and i think she was still in the lancs area.can anyone find the death records?i have looked but the birth year dont match up.thanks wendy
