Thank you both for that information... which I didn't have...I am now inquiring whether Albert Jnr b1903 Grimsby Married a Mabel Overson 1st Qtr 1935 Grimsby, it gets more confusing !!!!

Hi Wendy,

The marriage of Eric Kirman is registered 1st qtr 1935 at King's L 4b 522 and the other name is Overson.

Just cross referenced it and it is Mabel.

Whilst I could only find one birth for Eric Kirman, I could find a number of deaths hence my earlier question "Do you know when he died?"

It would appear from the death that Claire found that he is the one who married Mabel Overson going by the district.

This must be the birth reg of him in 1913

Hi Claire, Christine & Shirley thank you all for your help and for your personal message Christine.....Christine you asked me what I know about this family....well I have been contacted by a relation from Mabel Overson but she knows nothing further than the relation married to Eric Kirman...I am blood related to the Kirman family also in contact with a few GR Members, but we are all trying to find out about this Eric Married to Mabel. I wonder if they had any children !!!!! also the earlier postings about the Eric born 1903 ? I wonder if that would be my Eric also if the Albert Kirman would be his father & Mary Mother.
I feel rather lost now....any suggestions.

It looks like the only possitive piece of infomation that we have is the marriage of Eric & Mabel.

The only way forward is to order this marriage cert which should give his age & his Dad's name.

You asked if Eric and Mabel had any children, but the only way to find out is searching each individual qtr after the marriage which could be very time consuming.
