Member Since: April 2006 Posts: 144 Send Message	Married Harriet Skeet late Chadwick don't know Richard s D O B but Harriet was born 1878 Penge Surrey .They had twins Harry and Annie Mantell b dec 1916.Rowley Regis, Dudley. I've been told Richard was from the London area.I have photos and do know he was in the South Wales Borderers.Possibly in WW1.Can anyone help me find more information on him Please !!! Desperate to fill in the missing links. Kind regards Karen

Harriet s first husband left for australia with their four children in 1912/1913 leaving Harriet behind due to illness. Don't know if they got divorced. So if Richard and Harriet did get married it might have been between 1913 -1916. I have the birth certificate for Harry Mantell. Born 18th dec 1916 Father Richard Mantell Occupation Private 9678 South Wales Borderers.( blacksmiths striker)
