On the original census return for 1851, the I could be a J. Obviously the person who did the return could not be bothered putting any full name on other than the main householder. Everything else matches.

On IGI William was baptised on 27.5.1832 at St Thomas, Winchester.

they may have move into hampshire after 1841.

Can only find 6 Talls in Hampshire in 1841. Had they moved somewhere ?
