What age is he on his marriage cert? Someone on Records called Ann is going to Edinburgh records office...it might be worth asking her.

Have been onto Scotlandspeople but can not find a match can not even find other children. As I said I have his marriage and death certificate so I have the right person but the birth no luck.

Suggest scotlandspeople...OPRs...search for parents' marriage first then the births of children in the years round about. His death certificate should have his age on it.

PLEASE HELP.
Trying to find the birth of John Walker have his marriage certificate to Agnes Rennie in 1864 and parents John Walker and Marion Ferguson also his death certificate in 1909 with the same parents shown. Any census I've seen after he got married says he was born in Ayrshire. Have come to a brickwall can anybody help please.
