Can anyone give me an address for the records office which keeps the certificates for Birmingham (1937 - 1924), please. I am after a copy marriage certificate for 1886 Oct-Nov-Dec qtr

Records are kept in the Archives Department on the 6th floor of Birmingham City Library. According to the site, their phone number is 0121 303 3390
