I have a James Woodford married to Frances Andres in 1830.

I have traced Frances through th census records and found the following:

1841 - age 29 living with her parents and son (William Woodford age 6)
1851 - age 39 living with her aunty Frances Bourne and what I believ to be her daughter Mary Ann Woodford (age 19)
1861 - age 49 - showing as occupant, Head of household.

I have not been able to trace James at all through any of the census records - and was wondering if someone out there could find him... I don't know alot about him- just that his family were from the brentford/middlesex/London area!

Any help greatly appricated!

have had a look at the census and its strange that William isnt shown on the 1851 .and Mary Ann isnt shown with her on previous census's.

As you say James isnt anywhere! he doesnt come up as a separate query either.

perhaps someone else will have better luck in tracing him
