Hello Anthony

The reference numbers, plus District, are for use should you decide to order a certificate.

See this website for details on how to order and pay:
http://www.groireland.ie

Photocopy certificates are cheaper and contain identical information.

Enjoy your family search.

G'day Kay, Thanks for the information. Can you be a little more specific about the reference eg Vol.20 Page 303 Killarney, Co Kerry. I'm sorry but I don't quite understand. Cheers Tony

As you are interested in decendants, have a look at the 1911 Census:
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/

There are no Burnett's listed in Kerry.

There are three Hayes families listed at Molahiffe, might be worth tracing them forward, for example a marriage, then children.

G'day Paul, Thank you for taking the time out to response. Much appreciated. I should have also mentioned that I'm particularly looking for descendants of William and Mary Ann Burnett nee Hayes. I know that Francis died around 1882 and that while Teresa married, I believe she didn't have any children. From a letter I have circa 1885, I believe William Burnett died around 1884 (after a year long illness) and that a son then took on the responsibility of supporting the family by working in grocer store. Once again. Thank you. Cheers Tony
