Yes. I have the Birth Certificate of my Grandmother florence Harvey.
It lists John Harvey (occupation Farm Labourer) as her Father & Sarah Ann Harvey (Formerly Hirons).

There isn't a Sarah Hirons listed for that Qtr. I presume you have found the name from a childs birth cert.

This could be the marriage, there is one female name missing.
