In 1881 Margaret was at 8 Hamilton St, Sunderland.
In 1901 Margaret was at 44 Sans St. Sunderland.

I will certainly look deeper into the death in 1931, Sharon. Thanks for that.

I can only use internet for searches so have tried BMD/Ancestry/census, Sylvia. The problem is the common name of WHITE. Wondered if anyone had any links with her, other than those I have already tried via GR.

Thanks also to Ann for christening details - I know that to be a match.

There are others from 1912 up to 1931 but the age does not fit exactly if she was definately born 1844.

Margaret was born in Sunderland on 3 Jan 1844 and married Thomas White 12 Jan 1865 in Sunderland, but I cannot find her death. This would have been after 1911 because I found her at 66 Lawrence St, Sunderland. She was not present at her husbands death in 1923 (in South Shields) but this may not mean anything.

I have no other clues to finding her death - any other ideas??????
