Hello, my query relates to my original post re the marriage in 1833. On FMP there is a newspaper article dated 2 August 1833 in the Durham Chronicle added 27 August 1024 which refers to the marriage of Joseph Cradock address Lincoln's Inn Field to Mary Boazman third daughter of the late John Boazman senior of Great Aycliffe....... If anyone has access to the newspapers could they please let me know what it says after Great Aycliffe as it looks as though it continues on. At the beginning of the article it says "Church Rates and the Quakers" but don't know if this is relevant - thank you. |

Thanks Choccy, that must be her marriage because on 1861 census she was married to a William Clement but there was a step son called John Scorer which must be Marys son. |

Thank you both. I don't think it is my Mary who lived Co Durham. Bit more digging called for. |

There is a marriage for the above on FMP 1833. I would like to know who she married and where (if shown). I think it may be someone with the surname Scorer. Thank you. |
