Can anyone please help me,

I am looking for any information about JOHN TWYNNING of WOGAN born 1551 in Painswick.

My mothers maiden name is TWINNING, so far I have come across about 8 different spellings of the TWINNING surname. and there is a remote chance of a link to the TEA COMPANY.
