Thanks very much everyone. I now have a much more complete picture of his life. Looks like he didn’t get married or have a family. What a shame he lost touch with the rest of his family in the UK. |

No record of a death for him on the CWGC site, but he could, of course have died during the war, but not as a war casualty |

I am looking for information about George Drayson born 1891 son of Walter Drayson. He apparently joined the Dorset Regiment in WW1 but what became of him I cannot discover. There is a family rumour that he died in the war but I cannot find any reference. Any help greatly appreciated. |
