Not an obituary, but this Lucy Harrison was a 2007 death. Just whilst looking around, but not seeing a newspaper obituary, perhaps a bit too recent or area not covered?
Will remove if not yours.

Lucy Colven Harrison died in High Peak, Derbyshire, so not the right one. (per Ancestry)

There's no Lucy Harrison 2007 Scarborough death showing up on Ancestry.

Or is it the GRO ref you are looking for . That won't be online

You could get a copy of the death cert from the local register office for the area she lived

Have you tried the electoral rolls for a possible address
