George Richards born about 1829 Castle Precincts Bristol, married to Eliza Lewis. They had a daughter Eliza born 1848 Bristol, on the 1851 census the small family are living/staying with a family called Lewis at 37, St Pauls Street North, Cheltenham were their second daughter Emily was born in 1851.
The Lewis family consisted of

Mary (maiden name Cook) born 1825 Hatherley Cheltenham
Mary born 1851 Cheltenham
Both families were cordwainers
Now is there a connection between the 2 families? between Henry Lewis and Eliza Lewis wife of George.
I did obtain a marriage certificate for Henry and Mary, Henry's father was called Henry Lewis another Shoemaker. Eliza's father was called George Lewis, you can guess what his occupation was. Eliza's mother was called Elizabeth Gordon.
As yet I have not been able to find a connection but maybe one day unless somebody discovers the relationship if any.

Yes, see according to the 1841 census Henry and George were brothers, one born 1838 the other 1830, but its George Richards's wife Eliza Lewis connection I am looking for. Eliza was born about 1827, there is a Elizabeth on the 1841 census born about 1839. But cannot find Eliza in 1841 if that is the correct family she was not living at home.

One reason why the George Lewis born 1792 may be my George Lewis was he was born/baptised in the Castle Precincts , Bristol area which is where the Richards lived.

Made one mistake after rechecking George and Eliza's marriage certificate see the Eliza's father was a Wheelwright not a cordwainer.
