Annie Heppenstall / Welier nee Giblin Canada

Thanks very much to all who have replied. I had all the info about Annie, Julia and Frederick etc on the various censuses both UK and Canada. Yes it was a very muddled and dysfunctional family where mother Margaret Giblin had several children by husband Charles Giblin and then had several more by another partner George King. The three surviving Giblin/King children were sent to Canada as British Home children and were in the Catholic orphanage. Julia became a nun, Frederick joined Canadian Army in WW1 and married in England and returned to Canada. The one I posted as being impossible to find is Annie who seemed to become Annie Welier then Annie Heppenstall. I will follow up the 1953 entry on the Canadian voters list as that looks really promising. I am really grateful for all your kind replies.
Thanks
Pat Kelly

Ah, found the tree again at last!

It says Frederick Charles Giblin was bon 15 Aug. 1895 (which would fit with the 1906 record) in Woolwich.

Siblings:
George King 1901; Rosa King 1886; Julia King 1891; Harry King 1891; Annie King 1895

There's some step family stuff going on - it all seems a bit muddled. Some siblings are step-siblings.

Mother Margaret Flynn first married Charles Giblin in 1882 in Cork, and had 4 children.
Then she married a Mr Woodford - no children.
Then George King, with whom she had Rosa, Harry, Julia, Annie, Frederick Charles, and George, apparently.

But there's no birth for a Frederick Charles King or Giblin, mms Flynn - and anyway, why would his surname be Giblin, as the tree states?

There's this birth:

KING, FREDERICK ARTHUR mms FLYNN
GRO Reference: 1894 D Quarter in WOOLWICH Volume 01D Page 1245

KING, GEORGE mms FLYNN
GRO Reference: 1901 J Quarter in WEST HAM Volume 04A Page 126

KING, HARRY mms FLINN
GRO Reference: 1891 M Quarter in DARTFORD Volume 02A Page 467

???
KING, ROSA -
GRO Reference: 1886 S Quarter in SHOREDITCH Volume 01C Page 88

I'm not convinced.

Anyway, it doesn't help find Annie in later life, which is what Patricia is asking about.

I found a tree on Ancestry which claimed this was the family in 1901 - but now I can't find the tree again, for the life of me!

Nor can I find this family in 1911. (I don't think it's the right family, anyway - but who knows?)

Frederick in 1906 - possibly in the same orphanage, though I haven't trawled through all the pages to check:

I am trying to find information about Annie Giblin AKA King born London 1895 appx Sent to Canada with older sister Julia and younger brother Frederick as a British Home Child in 1903. They were placed in St Patrick's Orphanage in Prince Albert Saskatchewan where she stayed until 1911. After that she disappeared. The Catholic records I have show that she became Annie Welier and later Annie Heppenstall living in Winnipeg. Presumably by marriages. I understand she may have returned to UK at some point and possibly died here..
