Confirming the mmn from the 1851 census

So far it looks right but I have advised Caris in reply to her PM that it is better to confirm marriages and births ( checking mmn on the GRO index) and not to rush it too much and to buy certs when needed.

For ref only it seems there are several Poynter families who moved to S Shields for m Norfolk I'm not going to try and untangle them, without certs and a lot of time!

But this does appear to be connected,

It will take a lot of sifting to find the connections, cousins maybe?

I am just coming back to this having looked again at the info Caris sent me in 2015, re the Poynter family, (a 'legacy' file apparently? ) I hadn't really looked at the early stuff on it as Caris was asking then specifically about the living relatives....but all that has been found here re Poynter/Pointer and Pells is already listed on it, plus a lot more!
