I had a well established tree about 6 years ago and it was all lost so have to start again if anyone can help
these are 3 surnames

Welcome to the boards Julie.

Think you might have to give more information than "these are 3 surnames" if you're expecting any help. You give no dates, places etc.

In the meantimes try looking in the "Search" facility top right of this page and then "search all members trees" to see if anyone else has any of your family members named. You can then try to contact the tree holders. Don't expect all to reply.

There are lots of free to use sites to help you in your search for family.

Did you have your tree on any website - should be recoverable unless you actually deleted it.

If you had a tree once, you should be able to repeat your research.

Have you tried looking for info?

I have just looked at your membership number and then looked in search all member trees for the name Topley.

You do indeed come up in the results so your tree must still be on here.

Explain the situation, and they should be able to find your old account for you.

You seem to have re-registered, perhaps with a different password, in Feb 2020, so will now have two accounts.

Pre-pandemic, they replied within about 3-5 working days. It may be be a bit longer now.
