Hi ErikaH I have not seen a marriage certificate so did not see that William was widower. I found the info on Ancestry but it was text only

The 1888 marriage cert - which I imagine you must have seen, to know the date, shows the groom to be a widower, father's name William

I have found marriage to Henrietta Twyford St Mary Magdalene East tHam
Henrietta died age 24 15/2/1885 buried in Dagenham Essex

AND

Marriage to Henriett Rowe on 14/10/1888

I cannot confirm this is the same William but I feel he is the same person
