Replacing ancestors into a family tree

Hi there,
I have inadvertently deleted someone very important from my family tree, this deleting many ancestors. They are all still there in my list of relatives.

I’ve contacted Support and they tell me I have to look at the list and add each relative back into to my tree again. Now I’m not a technophobe but I can’t see how I can add them to my tree again. It’s probably something simple but at the moment I can’t see it.

Could anyone perhaps send me instructions - in idiot guide form?

Many thanks
Jackie

You must know who at least one of them was related to.

Find that person then ‘add’ the name of the relative exactly as you did when you first put them in your tree.

It is literally a case of re-building your tree, one person at a time

You can’t transfer them from your ‘list’
