Member Since: November 2007 Posts: 63 Send Message	Hi Folks I have a George Towgood of Bristol b.1637 married a Mary Clutterbuck b,c,1639, I have found a lot on Mary's family but nothing on George's family. They could of had 4 children. Even the Burke's Commoners V2 page 226 doe's not mention any thing else. There is also a James Towgood of Skipton in Craven married 1754 to Elizabeth Trappes-Byrnand. Once again plenty of Info on Elizabeth but nothing on James, Burke's Commoners V3 page 524. Any info on George and James would be great. Thats all I have at this stage. Craig

	You say that James was ‘of’’ Skipton in Craven - do you have evidence that he was born there? Or is that simply where he married?
