Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 5 Send Message	Is there any Phipps out there from Suffolk I know they were a big family they were related to the Clarke family. The Phipps were religious people who also were laypreachers in St Margarets church they have their names on the gate leading up to the church. ( Harold Phipps) Grandmother Ruth ? was married to Ernest Phipps Ernests mother was known as Eliza Clarke? I know I am rambling but I would love to know if there is anyone out there.
