I have heard nothing further to my earlier message regarding trying to trace relatives of Eric Clarke from Horncastle, Lincs - DOB 1915. I have found a Charles Clarke - born in Manchester - who moved to Horncastle and was a grocers assistant. He was about 25 years old when my father was born. His wife was disabled and in a wheelchair, so I am told. If this means anything to anyone then I would be so pleased to hear from you. It may be a completely false path but who knows? Otherwise I have no leads |
