My great grandfather Robert Dawson was born in Bradford, York in approx 1846. He was a stoneman/coalminer. He married Eliza Davison, born in Bridlington, York approx 1849 and they had several children including Sarah E. Dawson born 1871 in Yeadon, York, Emily Dawson, Born 1876, Agnes Dawson born 1878, Alice Dawson born 1880. The last three were born in Cornforth Lane Durham. The birth years are right give or take a year either way. My grand mother Edith Annie Dawson was born in April 1886. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
