I am looking for more information about my great grandfather William WHITE. He died in WW1 in the Battle of the Somme. date of birth and death unknown.. He was married (wife unknown) and had 2 boys, one, my granfather was Edward Charles WHITE, who immigrated to Australia and Edward's twin, who died at birth. William's wife (Edward's mother) died of milk disease. Edward then grew up in an institution or was adopted. Edward married Lillian Rosina DERBYSHIRE, and they had three children, Brian, Clifford and Christine. Christine (my mother) married Terrence Joseph RICHARDSON in Scotland, and then immigrated to Australia. (her parents followed). I am trying to trace details of my great grandfather. My granparents are now deceased, so I am unable to get any more information. hoping you can help |
