I AM TRYING TO FIND THE FAMILY OF MY GREAT GRAND FATHER GEORGE PARFITT. BORN HIGH LITTLETON SOMERSET ABOUT 1856. HE MOVED TO PONTYPRIDD IN GLAMORGAN.HIS WIFES NAME WAS EMMA.HIS DAUGHTER BESSIE MARRIED JOSEPH KEYSE. THEY WERE MY GRAND PARENTS.I CAN ONLY FIND THE FAMILY IN THE 1901 CENSUS FOR PONTYPRIDD.ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. MARY

Hello Bessie,
I do not know if there is any connection what so ever, but here goes.

My granny Bartlett, lived in Blaenavon, she was born Lily Coker (i think) then married Charles Edward Mark Bartlett. After he died (i think in the 1940s, she married a Parfitt ( i do not know his first name). My granny died in Blaenavon, and I think there may be A Coventry connection somewhere along the line, (on teh Parfitt side)

Emma I have a George Parfitt in my family tree born 1846 in Kingswood surrey & married to Emma. Not sure if any connection?!
