PRIESTLEY/PRIESTLY - John Thomas (known as JACK) born in Failford NSW Australia in April 1886. Married Hannah M. Tierman in 1913 (1st wife) - had a daughter born at Waverley in 1913 called Mable G. Priestly who was possibly known as 'Genevieve' maried to Robert Jack Geddes in 1948 and a daughter called Norma Patricia Priestly - birth date unknown - married to Bernard Murphy in 1948. Jack was a builder/carpenter living in the Bondi area of Sydney. Parents were Joseph Nix Priestley and Rebecca Smith - Jack was there 7th born child and they had 12 children altogether. All their children were born in the Failford/Possums Brush area. Jack died in 1965 and his 1st wife died in 1958 in Sydeny. Any information on Jack and/or his 1st wife & daughters from his 1st marriage would be appreciated. |
