My Grandfather was James George Bard born 3rd Oct 1880 in the St Pancras area, London. He had two sisters - the eldest was called Mary the other (the youngest) was Selina Kate. My Grandfather married (we believe) a cousin or another of his female relatives on 30th Oct 1910, by the name of Louisa Smith - she died in childbirth in 1912 - Mary Anne Smith (who we think is the sister of my Grandfather who married a Smith) was a witness at their wedding. He then married my Grandmother Jessie Huckle 28th July 1915. I know there are many Bards who came from this part of London and is difficult to track down, but I would like to solve a family mystery regarding my Grandfather and his family for my elderly mother.
