I would be pleased to hear from anyone who can help with information regarding the life of my late grandfather, known as 'Matty' after 1940 in Bloxwich, Birmingham. His parents were Joseph and Rosina (nee Walton) I understand he had a sister, Doris Smith who may have been widowed shortly after that time. There are links with Sneyd Lane, Bloxwich, and the local coal mining industry.
