I am trying to find any relatives on my grandmothers side. Her name was Marian Swindells (nee Higginbottom) She was born in Hyde ( not sure which district) Cheshire in 1901. She had an older brother Harry who died in the 1950's ( Harry had no children by his wife Annie). Sadly my father cannot remember his grandparents names..but during the first world war they ran a green grocers shop in Clarendon Street. Hyde I also have a photograph taken in America of three little girls who I am told were 'Higginbottom Cousins' taken in 1918 in Brooklyn NY Ida c 1905 Margaret c 1910 Edith c 1912.
