Looking for possible relatives in the Bushey/Watford area. My grandfather, Richard Knowles, moved from the area to Trimdon in County Durham to work in the mines. He moved from there to Dawdon, Seaham. My father, his youngest son, also Richard, born 5/9/12 lived in Seaham and worked in Seaham Colliery after the Second World War but returned to Watford in 1958. He had a sister, Mary, who lived in Watford/Bushey. He also had sisters Florence and Polly and brothers Albert and Jerry all of whom lived in Seaham all of their lives. Would be pleased to hear from anyone, however distantly related. Are there any of Mary Knowles's children/grandchildren out there?
