Sarah Joyce was my grandmother. She was born around 1900. Married Edward John Clarges in Northern Ireland in the early 20's had three Children my father Francis, his sister Dorothy and their brother Maurice. They left Ireland and returned to Engalnd soon after their children were born. Lived in Bexley Heath London for some time before going to Sweden , they stayed in Sweden until the outbreak of the second world war. We have very little imformation about my grandmother Sarah, all we know is that she was an orphan and spent her childhood in Derbyshire. She did have a sister Mary, not sure if Mary was a biological sister or an adoptive sister. Mary lived in or around Derbshire. |
