Barbara Piggott I am looking for any information of any scotish members of my maternal grandfather WILLIAM WALLICE HUNTER BORN 1888 IN SCOTTLANDTHE SON OF ROBERT WALLICE HUNTER A DRAPER who was born in 1838 posibly with his second wife came to nottingham sometime between 1888 and 1891 census when he lived at 37canal st nottingham above his draper business my grandfather had an elder sister AGNESS who was 14 years old at the time of the time of the 1891 cencus . H e is known to have had several younger sisters after this NAMED EDITH, GRACE, EVELYNE , JEAN THERE WERE posibly more than this may be as many as 13 children in total but know one in the family seems to know anything about these other children. ROBERT WALLIOCE HUNTER moving shortly after this to live in sneinton nottingham. I DONT KNOW WERE IN SCOTTLAND THEY WERE FROM BUT POSSIBLY ARESHIRE WERE IT IS BELIVED HIS FAMILY HAD WOOL AND TWEED MILLS |
