Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	Hi, I'm looking for any information on the family of Samuel Ruben Patrick Harrison, born c 1861, and Edward 'Ned' Harrison born c 1865, two brothers who moved from Athlone, Ireland to Liverpool probably around 1880. Their father Abraham was a blacksmith. Family folklore says they came from an army family, or perhaps from a traveller family involved in horsetrading. Sam and Ned married two sisters called Gill in Garston, Liverpool, and Sam later emigrated to South Africa. Anything on their family connections in Ireland would be much appreciated.
