My Great grandfather had a half brother called William Hodgkiss who was born in madeley shropshire in 1844. His mother was a Mary Hodgkiss. William married an Eleanor France in madeley in 1869. They moved to durham and had two daughters Elizabeth hodgkiss born 1874 and mary selina hodgkiss born 1875 in lanchester durham. please get in touch if any of these names mean anything to you. thanks |
