Hi,

Do you know if your Leigh ancestors originated from the Ashton Upon Mersey area? One of my ancestors was a John Leigh but I've been unable to locate his whereabouts since 1901.

I am trying to find any family related to John Leigh. John was born on 20 September 1913 in Lymm, Cheshire. He was married to Eva Franks and lived in Sale, Manchester. He died on 23 August 1981. If anyone is related to my grandad or knows anything about him and his family, please contact me.
