Hi Richard,
I am also trying to trace the Deanes of Somerset/Gloucestershire. Have information on a William Deane and his son Edward and have possibly their ancestors. My Deanes came from Taunton Somerset and Guiting Power in Gloucestershire. Somewhere there is a connection to John and Walter.
This probably doesn't help.
