My GG Grandmother Mary Ann Norman b 1816 Colchester married George Hammond in 1840. I have marriage certificate showing Mary Ann`s father as William Norman labourer. That is all I know of him.How are you related to William. |

Looking for any information on William Norman, born abt 1796 Colchester, Essex, England. I would particularly like to know who William married although i do know he had the following children - Alfred, Isaella, James, and Susanah, The 1851 census also shows William living with Maryann Maxey (age 5) and William J Maxey (age 7). |
