Trying to find Dunning

Patricia

Patricia Report 3 May 2007 12:33

Hi, I'm Pat, short for Patricia, now 74yrs of age. I had Grandparents named Dunning who lived next door but one to my Auntie Gladys, who was married to Charlie Clough, with whom I stayed for six months during World War 2 in 1941, along with my brother. They lived at 81 and 85 Manly Road , Sale, Cheshire. I think my Grandfather's name was Henry. Could have been Harry, but not sure. My father's name was Walter Dunning and he had a brother named Frank who lived in Stretford. I'm trying to trace any living relatives of that family who can tell me more of the history of the Dunnings. If anyone can help, I shall be extremely grateful.
