Looking for any information relating to additional children that may have been born to James Parfitt (1816-1884) and Elizabeth Say Singleton (1819-1894) who were from the Norfolk area. These are my direct ancestors and I have much information relating to the lineage and known children born to them. Since James was a harness maker/saddler his work took him through out England and most of his children were born in various areas. There are a good number of years in between the children I have documented so wonder if there are other children not known to me at this point. Know children are: Albert John Parfitt Born: 06 Mar 1840 Shotesham - Norfolk Jemima Elizabeth Parfitt Born: 01 Jun 1841 Shotesham-Norfolk Amelia Alice Parfitt Born: abt 1850 Plamstead/Woolwrich, Kent William Charles Parfitt Born: 08 May 1853 Southwark, London Hannah Sophia Parfitt Born: 01 Feb 1860 Lambeth, Surry Any help or comments would be much appreciated. |

This is not a direct answer to your query. Instead, I am interested to know if your James Parfitt (1816-1884) had any siblings. I have in my tree a Cornelius Parfitt (1797-?) born in Hockering Norfolk. He was married to a Virtue ? Any help on this would be much appreciated. I have the lineage of Cornelius and Virtue fairly well documented. |
