I am trying to find any information on Joseph Burnett who died it Castle Carlton, Lincs. in 1826 aged 74; He left a widow, Elizabeth Moor, born in Gainsboro, in 1783? , and three children, Elizabeth born in 1820, Mary born in 1822 and Joseph born in 1826, all in Castle Carlton. In 1841 the family was living in Louth, Lincs. I have no trace at all of the children , but Mary's illegitimate son Richard, born in 1844 at Louth, moved to Hull, E: Yorks. I would be pleased to have any information on Joseph, he was a farmer, grazier and first married to Lucy ? I have searched the villages around Castle Carlton without success. Can anyone please help me. Sandra Burnett |
