I am looking for James Wilkerson Harris, born in either Lancaster or Lanchester, England 9/29/1835. I am told that he played Stradivarious for royalty of England. He made an imiation of the Strad, then emmigrated to America in 1868 and brought the Strad with him. My father had it at one time in the 1920s in Chicago, IL. He arrived in New York and later moved to Pittsburg, PA where he married Mary Jane Duell of Ohio and they had three children, James, Ida and Anna. They lived in Cabery, IL till their death in 1908.
