Trying to find Ross

I'm trying to find Arthur Donald Ross c. 1870/80s (my great grandfather) former husband/partner of Eva Melita Ellen Weeks. I know very little about him other than he is likely to have come from an Italian family (according to family knowledge he had a thick Italian accent). It is very likely that he changed his name to fit in with Welsh/English culture. He was a coal miner in the early 1900s in South Wales. He went on to be a Newsagent. I have no idea at all when he died. I have a picture of him with my great grandmother Eva - he is in a first world war army uniform - no luck yet with this line of enquiry. He left my grandmother Eva after having at least 5 children (without a divorce - scandalous then, but not so now lets face it!) to live with another lady and had another two children at least!! I'd love to find out more about him! From the account given by my grandmother, Doris, he sounds a bit of a scoundrel to say the least! I honestly belive I have inherited my love of Italian cooking from this side of the family along with my eccentricty! If anyone can help or need any information in connection with Arthur, please drop me an email. I would love to find the additional branch of the family from his second partner and verify what appears to be a family 'urban legend'.
