	Does any one have any info on Frank Ralph James Russell born 1918 on the Isle Of Wight, parents Frank and Evelyn. He was known as Ralph. Has 3 children Janis, Kay and Susan. My father who is his younger brother and is very elderly would like to know what became of him as he hasn't heard of hi8n since the 1960's. Any info gratefully received. Sue
