Hello - not sure if this is of any help, I am new to this, I have an Alice Trenery in my family tree, she was my my maternal grandfather's mother, born circa 1892, had sister Alvena and brother Joseph, her father was also Joseph (a fisherman) born c1857 and mother Elizabeth c1857, family were from Sennan Cove, West Penwth, Cornwall, Elizabeth from St. Just. Alice married Joseph Davies and we believe she was only 15 at the time, both her and Joseph Davies said their fathers were deceased on their marriage certificate (a cousin has a copy) because we think they were underage. The spellings of place names in Cornwall are my interpretation of the writing on the census forms so may be wrong. Do you think there is any link there? Regards Susan |

Hello, I am searching for the Trenery branch of my family tree..... I know that my great grandmother's(Susie Isobelle Bray 03/03/03) mum was called Mary Isabella Ann(ie) Trenery, she was born 23/10/1891 and grew up in Penryn, Cornwall, She died of throat Cancer at the age of 40 (28/03/1912) Her Husband (my Great Great Grandfather) was called Thomas James Bray. Mary Isabella Ann(ie) Trenery's mother was called Susan Trenery (maiden name Rusden ~ first marriage name Ould) And her father was called Joseph Trenery and he was a laborer. From the information I have got, they lived in Penryn, Cornwall. Any information anyone may have would be lovely |
