My Husband's Grandparents originate from Swindon, Wilts. His Grandad, Tom Painter, was one of nine children born to Thomas Painter and Mary Painter (nee Harris) any help to you?

I am lookingfor the parents and any siblings of JOSEPH PAINTER, born c.1818, Highworth Wiltshire. In 1861 he was living in St George in the East, London, with his wife Eleanor (nee SHARMAN) and children Jane, John, Joseph, Sarah and William. Another child, Edward, was born in 1866. Any help would be appreciated.
