Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 106 Send Message	Trying to find the baptism of Lydia BALL about 1818 Marylebone area; father William Ball who was later a Sergeant of Police 1847-1854. Possibly a Baptist. She married William Sweetman 08 Oct 1849, but I know nothing of her before then. I've checked a fair number of Parish Registers (beyond the IGI) Much more detail at http://www.vino.demon(.)co.uk/set/bb07.html (remove the parentheses). Any help or suggestions appreciated.
