Hi, I'm trying to find any information on my gran Alice Mary Wright nee Lang born 13/08/1896. She was born in Plymouth, Devon. England. There is some history of her family originating in Dolgelly, Merionethshire, Wales with the surname Edwards.( My dad Ronald has told me that we have relatives with surname Edwards that emigrated to Canada and Melbourne, Australia before world war 2.)She had 1 sister Ada (born cork, ireland 1900)and 3 brothers, William 1884, George1898 and Thomas 1905. her mother was called Mary Edwards before she married my grans dad George Lang( he was royal marine) They all as far as I know died in Plymouth except William who lived and died in Portsmouth. |
